If you ordered merchandise from our online store that does not fit, you need a new size, or item is defective, or you simply did not like the item – you may return it to us within 30 days of the date of purchase (listed on your emailed receipt). Returns or exchanges must be in the same condition in which you originally received it. All items must be unused, undamaged and in the same packaging in which you received it. All shipping fees pertaining to returned or exchanged goods will be the responsibility of the customer excluding item defects. Refunds, where applicable, will be returned within 30 days of receiving the returned goods at our warehouse. Items received at our distribution facility that do not follow the above policies will not be credited for a full refund or may be rejected completely.
